Replacement of an old cement block palletizer control system. The palletizer was installed over 20 years ago by Besser (USA). The original control system is based on Allen Bradley PLC02 PLC.

Supply Scope

Complete replacement of the old Allen Bradley PLC02 with a new ABB
AC500 PLC including a new SCADA station in the main control room and another operator panel on the machine for the local operator.
